Nature gives you a voice — "NATURE CREATE VOICE" (NCV)

• 1. The foundation bears the name: Stichting "NATURE CREATE VOICE" (NCV)
• 2. Registered office of the foundation: Amsterdam, Netherlands (or another place in the Netherlands, by decision of the board)
• 3. The foundation is established for an indefinite period.

• 1. The foundation pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of Article 5b AWR (Dutch tax law, ANBI regulation).
• 2. The aim is the protection, reconnection and honoring of all natural, spiritual and unheard life on planets and Earth.
• 3. The foundation is particularly dedicated to:

• the protection of natural ecosystems, ocean floors, waters and the atmosphere
• the return of land and habitats to foundation ownership for protection from economic use or development, etc... To be acquired, gifted, inherited or made available through other means.
• the regeneration of ecologically damaged areas,
• the preservation of biodiversity, especially endangered or invisible life forms,
• the support of indigenous peoples and spiritual cultures,
• the respect of non-human entities as bearers of life rights and dignity,
• the protection of sacred places, natural medicine and traditional knowledge,
• the promotion of a holistic relationship between humans, nature and the invisible,
• awareness raising for these topics.

• 4. The foundation is independent of political, economic or religious interests. It does not accept donations that endanger its freedom or ethics.
• 5. A change of purpose is excluded if it distorts the original intention – returning the Earth to life. Extensions in the original spirit that contribute to protection and freedom are permissible.

The foundation realizes its goals particularly through:

• the acquisition, donation, transfer, lease, inheritance etc., the renaturation and protection of natural areas, water areas and sealed industrial areas, further
• the creation of retreats ("free zones") for threatened or invisible life forms,
• educational and awareness work (lectures, media, documentaries, public movements), recovery of (unlawful) possession of natural resources.
• cooperation with individuals, communities, indigenous groups and ecological initiatives worldwide,
• promotion of research in nature consciousness, biodiversity, natural law, healing knowledge,
• rejection of commercial use of acquired areas,
• transparent communication with supporters about protected areas and the impact of their contributions.
